Taylor Made by Emma and Chris Taylor.
Chris has been in the wheelchair industry for over 30 years. He has the unique experience of having worked for an industry leading manufacturer and having been a major dealership founder. During his career Chris has delivered thousands of hours of NHS clinical assessments as well as supported private specialists and charities.
Seeing things from all sides of the industry, Chris decided to start a boutique business which offered a premium service. His vision was to offer wheelchairs that truly met customer demands as well as customer service that felt personal and responsive.
Fortunately Chris knew the perfect person to help deliver this new proposition – his wife Emma.
Emma’s impressive background in business management and operations means that Taylor Made offers a superior experience from start to finish. Whilst Chris makes sure your wheelchair feels and moves like it’s (tailor) Taylor Made, Emma makes sure your experience as a customer is tailored to your needs too.

Assessments that suit you.
We conduct assessments all over the Midlands and neighbouring areas. Our specialist assessor will arrange a time and location that fits your schedule. You are welcome to invite family, friends or your healthcare specialists.
During the assessment we will discuss your requirements and take a few non-invasive measurements. In many cases we can bring with us a demonstration wheelchair for you to try.
